If you’re a regular around here, you already know how much we LOVE a Fiesta! Last weekend, Kandice hosted one to celebrate “a collection of friends” that were in town. It was a happy mix of people from Lubbock to Waco and Greensboro, NC – and the Fiesta theme was perfect!
- Chips and Guacamole (of course!)
- Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Soft Tacos (using this recipe with Kelle B BBQ Sauce)
- Cilantro Lime Coleslaw
- Buttermilk Lime Ice Cream (from the Sweet on Texas Cookbook)
- Margarita Punch
Margarita Punch (recipe from our Team Member Keesha)
2 – 12 oz. frozen lemonade
2 – 12 oz. frozen limeade
2 – 12 oz. Five Alive Orange Juice
Mix and freeze (if desired – we’ve done this punch without freezing for a “margarita on the rocks” consistency and it’s delicious!)
2 cups water
2 cups Tequila (we prefer silver)
1 – 2 liter Sprite or 7Up
