Fiesta Fun

If you're a regular around here, you already know how much we LOVE a Fiesta!  Last weekend, Kandice hosted one to celebrate "a collection of friends" that were in town.  It was a happy mix of people from Lubbock to Waco and Greensboro, NC - and the Fiesta theme was perfect! The invitation: The Menu: Chips and Guacamole (of course!) Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Soft Tacos (using this recipe with Kelle B BBQ Sauce) Cilantro Lime Coleslaw Buttermilk Lime Ice Cream (from the Sweet on Texas Cookbook) Margarita Punch Margarita Punch (recipe from our Team Member Keesha) 2 - 12 oz. frozen lemonade 2 - 12 oz. frozen limeade 2 - 12 oz. Five Alive Orange Juice Mix and freeze (if desired - we've done this punch without freezing for a "margarita on the rocks" consistency and it's delicious!) Add: 2 cups water 2 cups Tequila (we prefer silver) 1 - 2 liter Sprite or 7Up The Bar Cart: FUN TIP: **Sprinkle edible flowers over the iced drink bin for extra color and festiveness!** With this fun letter board sign: And the table setting: If you like the tissue napkin rings, check out the tutorial HERE.
