For Small Business Saturday this year, we served a festive cocktail that everyone loved!  Since so any of you messaged us and asked for the recipe, we thought we would post it here for reference.

Poinsettia Cocktail

1/2 oz. triple sec

3 oz. cranberry juice

3 oz. Prosecco (or Champagne, either will work – we used Ruffino Prosecco)

fresh cranberries for garnish

In a chilled champagne flute, layer the triple sec, cranberry juice and Prosecco.  Garnish with a couple of fresh cranberries and serve.

* BARQUE PARTY TIP * :  If you’re serving this drink at a party, you can pre-fill several glasses with the triple sec and cranberry juice, then just top them off with the bubbly as guests arrive.  They’ll be delighted by the fresh bubbles and festive drink color.
