How long will my order take?

Orders for products we carry in-store ship from our location in Lubbock, Texas 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Several personalized products, such as the plates, trays, luggage tags, and custom cups ship from the manufacturer, and usually take 7-10 additional business days to create. Please be sure to factor in delivery time when placing your order.

Personalized invitation orders will ship within 24-48 hours after an email proof has been approved.

Proofs

If you are having invitations personalized, you will receive a professionally typeset, FREE proof via email, typically  within 48 hours after your order is submitted.

Once you receive your proof, please double-check the information VERY CAREFULLY for correct wording, spelling, event’s day of the week, date, time, and location. The last thing we want is to hold up your planning process or burden your budget with costly reprints, so please proof carefully… We want your invitations to be perfect! Simply reply to the proof email with an approval or any changes or corrections that need to be made, and we will adjust the text as necessary.

*Please note: In an effort to deliver your invitations as promptly as possible, once a proof has been approved, it will immediately go into the queue for printing. We suggest that you double and triple check all of the information shown on your invitation before sending back an approval. Any changes made once the invitation has already been printed will incur an additional charge.*

Processing Times

The in-house processing time for folded notes, personalized stationery or boxed invitations is 2-3 business days. The in-house processing time for most custom printed invitations is 4-5 weekdays (unless otherwise noted, please ask a sales associate for more information about the product you are ordering).  The turnaround time for personalized gifts is approximately 10-14 business days.  Please allow plenty of time for these products to arrive.  Remember, since they are completely CUSTOM, they take TIME.

Payment & Sales Tax

Barque. accepts all major credit cards. Sales Tax (8.25%) will only be charged to orders shipped within Texas, orders from any other state will not be charged sales tax.

Is my credit card safe online?

Yes, it is very safe. All transactions are processed with a secure server that encrypts data securely during the checkout process.

Do you have sales and promotions?

What is your return policy? How are errors handled?

Our current return policy is that everyday items can be returned with a receipt within 7 days.  BLANK Paper goods (such as invitations and stationery- not personalized) can be returned for in-store credit within the 7 days as well.  All sales are final on holiday and reduced merchandise.

Occasionally errors occur due to the nature of personalization, if the error is on the manufacturer’s part it will be reprinted and shipped out very quickly.

When the error is made by the customer it will be reprinted at a discounted rate. It is very important when placing your order that you double check all spelling, wording, dates, etc. before submitting an approval.
